On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created a creamy Bean Dip—inspired by her mom’s beloved bean dip—using our Vegan Refried Pinto Beans, Mild Taco Seasoning, Jalapeño Botana Sauce, and our Tortilla Chips! Meet Casey Rogers! (A.K.A. @caseycookedit on Instagram). Casey shares gluten free and dairy free meals and recipes for more people to enjoy. She is also a member of our Culinary Creators familia! On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created Crunch Wraps using our Grain Free Burrito-Size Tortillas, Grain Free Taco Shells, and our Mild Taco Seasoning. It was perfectly crisp, had a nice crunch, and tasted so yummy. Fun Fact: Casey cooked through our family cookbook, THE SIETE TABLE!

Meet Samantha Diamond! (A.K.A. @sammydeats on Insta). Samantha is a recent college grad who shares healthy eats and treats on her digital platforms. She is also a member of our Culinary Creators familia! On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created Bean and Cheese Enchiladas using our Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas, Vegan Refried Black Beans, and Red Enchilada Sauce. They are, indeed, what we call, “the whole enchilada!”

Jalapeño Ranch Dip? More like Jalapeñ-yes Ranch Dip! Okay, maybe that made more sense in our heads, but you get the point. This dip is a YES from us! Made with our Jalapeño Botana Sauce, it's just the thing to add a heritage-inspired kick to veggie platters, midday snack hour, salads, chips, and more. Plus, it's never too early to start saving recipes for Game Day!

Odds are, you've already got your own famous mashed potatoes recipe you'll be whipping up this week, but we had a crunchy idea!. For that extra bit of crunch and a kick of flavor, might we suggest sprinkling our Sea Salt & Vinegar with a Hint of Serrano Kettle Cooked Potato Chips on top? (Gives new meaning to "pota-toh, potah-to," huh? Or should we say, "pota-toh, pah-pita?")⁠

Marranitos are pig-shaped Mexican gingerbread pastries that are rich, dense, and full of flavor. They remind us of cozy weekend mornings in our childhood home, when our parents would leave the house in the early hours to get us breakfast. Around the holidays, they'd bring home a large bag of mixed sweet pastries—or pan dulce, too. We could always count on finding a few Marranitos in the mix! We’re delighted to share our gluten free version of this pastry so more people can get a taste of this nostalgic childhood treat—right in time for holiday parties and gatherings, too! 

It’s like they say, “Have your cake, and eat it with Mini Buñuelos, too!” (And by “they” we mean, “we." And by “cake,” we mean “cheesecake!”) Our familia loves making delicious recipes using our seasonal Grain Free Mini Buñuelos Cinnamon Crisps. We're excited to share this sweet treat we make year after year for you and yours to enjoy this holiday season: Buñuelos Dulce de Leche Cheesecake.

As part of our familia's Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrations, we made Grain Free Pan de Muerto (the Bread of the Dead)—a pastry specific to the holiday.

What did the quesadilla say to the Salsa Cremosa? “¡Buenos 'dillas!” Get it? Because it’s always a great day when you’ve got a quesadilla and a side of our NEW Salsa Cremosa for dipping!

To prepare these delicious Chile Lime Preparados (get it?) we used our new Chile Lime Puff Snacks, fresh cabbage, tomatoes, and cucumbers topped with dairy free crema and Traditional Botana Sauce.  It’s a refreshing, heritage-inspired flavor combo that’s easy to assemble and great for summer snacking!

Our familia loves enjoying our Grain Free Puff Snacks “preparados.” (This means topped with various salty, tangy, and sour toppings!) Here, we’ve made Fuego Puff Snacks Preparados topped with pickles and Traditional Botana Sauce for a kick of spice and tang. It’s dill-icious! 🔥
